My husband Ron has shared with me that he was noticing David putting a golf ball in his mouth and rolling it around (we all know about his oral fixation, but this is a little strange). Anyway, Ron commented that David reminded him of a big kid. When he asked David if he remembered where that ball had been, David took it out of his mouth and said, "Oh, this one is new. But I lost six of them out there." Then he laughed.

Hello fan forum. I am a cast member in Knights of Bloodsteel. I play the Goblin warrior Ber-Lak. I am a fellow DJE fan and I can say that you are all in for a treat as David was a blast to work with. Tri-Mark Charity Golf Tournament -- abrah, 00:28:55 02/14/09 Sat [19]
I had the extremely good fortune and privilege today to attend the Tri-Mark Charity luncheon at the Donald Trump National Golf Club in Palos Verdes, CA, as a guest along with my very dear and good friend, Carol C.[Thanks again, Carol! I love you.] Carol had had the great luck of winning a luncheon, along with 3 guests, with Heidi, a hostess for the tournament. [I apologize to Heidi, but I can't recall her last name and my program is in the car downstairs in the hotel parking lot--and it's raining]

Carol, her husband Tony, my husband Ron, and I not only were able to watch David play a hole from a distant, but clear vantage point, but also enjoyed a great lunch with Heidi, a beautiful, warm, friendly, and very gracious young woman. We had the additional thrill of sitting at the table next to David, so we had an even more fantastic view than the one out the window of the Pacific Ocean.

After the luncheon, we were escorted upstairs for a private meeting and photo opportunity with David. It was a dream come true for me. I found David not only very gracious, humorous, and friendly, but sexy as hell. He not only spent a few minutes speaking to everyone, but also graciously gave me a personalized autograph on a photo that I had brought with me. He then proceeded to give me another personalized autograph for a fan in Portugal that I will be sending to her. And, as you know, he also recorded a personal video to Barbie.

Before he left, David allowed me to give him a hug and a kiss on the cheek--which he returned. I will never wash THAT cheek again! LOL!

I mentioned to David that I had already purchased my tickets for the screening of Gooby on March 1st. He was geniunely surprised. He said that he didn't know it was being screened anywhere, and had just e-mailed the screenwriter, director, and producer, further stating that I knew more than he did. He thanked me for the information, so maybe with a little luck he and his family may appear for that particular screening. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Hopefully, Carol C. will also share her experience today with you. Two eyes, ears, and memories are better than one---nevermore so than when mine are involved. LOL!

As an afterthought, you might be interested in knowing that we are in the midst of a storm in CA. It's been pouring down much needed rain off and on for two days. While it rained heavily last night, the rain stopped shortly before 6 AM. The tournament teed off at 8 AM. The rain held off until a few minutes after the final hole. Then while we were eating, it began pouring again and continued for 3 more hours. I overheard David exclaiming more than once that they timed everything just right so that he didn't get soaked.

If my pics turn out, I will send them to Barbie for posting. I just wanted to share my wonderful experience and joy with fellow DJE fans.
