You're welcome to remain as ignorantly optimistic as you want, but if you'd been here and been a fan since before the storm, then you'd have some view of what we're missing.
12 years of being a Seawolves' fan and then this new crew walks in here and destroys it. I guess I am a little frustrated. I spent these last two seasons being dedicated and loving this team while trying to be hopeful while it was dug into the ground. I've just really reached my breaking point.
The average age of a student at JD is 25. All those poor, vagrant 25-year-old, adult, returning students. But, at least you did your research.
I'll give you the free tourism magazines; I don't read them, because I'm not a fisherman or a socialite. And the military publications; I'm not military, so I didn't know about those. They have enough money to be marketed to, though, so I should have guessed.
Honestly, that's more than I thought you guys did, but paying attention to magazine shouldn't be the only way you see an ad.
I'm not convinced there were TV commercials before the last month or so. And I've searched through newspapers looking for Seawolves info and scores. The entire ECHL is left out of the paper, most days, though I don't blame the team for that.
I'm done talking about this. You're close to the team somehow, so there's no sense arguing that you or your friend in the office did a good job or not.
If advertising were effective, then people would know the team is here - and they don't. Like that's even the only issue.
