It had been a short walk across the busy city from the sandy beach to the scarlet tinged building of the bar. This part of the city wasn’t desirable locale but, in the fading daylight, it was innocent enough. Lezedi had followed the woman to the boarded beach walk where he’d acquired his discarded shoes and socks but had not changed his attire in any other way. The walk had been pleasant enough and the conversation had not lulled or been strangled out by awkwardness. He had even held the heavy door open for her as they stepped into the establishment that had seen too many good times to count.

The shadows in the room ebbed and flowed as the appearance of the second born brother crept onto the old wooden floors. His grey orbs struck against the bar and kitchen door before swiveling around to the count the heads in the room. It wasn’t a busy night. He was relieved for several reasons. But where was his brother?

“Natasha, please, take a seat.” He indicated to a nearby table and pulled the wooden seat out for her. He waited until she was seat befor pushing the chair in with uncanningly good timing. He slung himself in the opposing one and lifted two sculpted fingers to indicate that someone should take their order. He waited, his smiled fixed on Natasha's beautiful face. Then, when the woman was close enough, he spoke. “I’ll have the house salad-- no onions--ranch. add cheese …and the young lady will take…” his eyes met with her Natasha's and his smile was debonair and charming. He was literally oozing class as he handed her an open menu. Was it coincidence that it was open to the salad section?

Eh, not so much. Isn't it better for both of us if we keep it simple?Natasha21:47:57 12/17/09 Thu
