Does anyone find it to be a conflict of interest that Meg Basco, DAUGHTER of co-director Julie Basco wins the Miss Junior McHenry County title under director Lovena Hunter??? I understand what you are saying about the appearance issue, but Meg is a wonderful girl. She is gorgeous, very smart, and well spoken. I also want to add, the directors did not judge the pageant themselves but brought in an outside panel.
