According to the complaint Derrick was asked not once but twice to fill out the paperwork so they could get it approved and he refused. It also states that he never intended for the hospital to be the ultimate benefactor. That he had always intended to use the money to personally benefit by lining his pockets. That he only turned in the $100 once he knew he was caught. Wow. Is all I can say. This is why people think pageants are a scam. (NT)No name17:04:36 04/04/17 Tue
