 What is Ms. Illinois America? The founder of LOLC keeps posting she is Ms. Illinois America 2018. I tried to find this pageant but I can't seem to locate it. My daughter is interested in doing more pageants and when I saw her posting, I was wondering what it was....anyone heard of it?
