Subject: Any one of the thousands of people who follow pageantry could have tipped off WGN to the Change.org petition. The formers, parents, volunteers, and contestants had been waiting 9 years -9 YEARS- for the MAO to do something. How long were they to wait before they were to contact the media? 10 years? 15?? Make no mistake, the ONLY reason the MAO came to Merion, IL was because of the medias involvement. The ONLY reason AS was FINALLY dealt with by the MAO was the medias involvement. The blame for the media attention lands directly on the MAO itself, brought on by years of frustration, upset, and hopelessness caused by the lack of action by the MAO.

I am not buying that. The wheels were in motion. MAO was coming to listen......but somebody couldn't wait. Why else would they appear on the day MAO was arriving. And they had a list of what formers were coming to talk. Who gave that out ? Somebody set it up. (NT)	No name	10:03:00 07/30/15 Thu
The Change.org petition was started, what?, 3 weeks prior to the pageant? Any one of the 200+ signers could have tipped off WGN. It wasn't up to only the formers to speak to the media or not. And NOTHING stays quiet in the pageant world! What I'm wondering is did someone leak the 'secret meeting' because AS unresigned?
