IL USA has a fairly new director/management. Numbers have been down but the chances of winning based on actually merit has gone up. USA is more expensive to compete in all the way around from entry fees to prep and wardrobe etc. IMO it's more fun and less stress. -- ILLINOIS Pageants Board
