What I would say is that the owners made a tough decision knowing that firing Mr. Wilmer would cause their system to come under fire. The easier thing for them to do would have been to brush it under the rug and pretend it didn't happen. Instead they did the honest thing. It's called integrity. Very interesting read. After seeing many things happen in the pageant world I am glad to see someone do the right thing. My only question is, Why allow someone involved with contestants be allowed to judge in the first place? Models of sponsors or students should not be allowed to compete if the sponsor is involved in that year. It just does not look good for the organization.
