Subject: Not everyone that got kicked to the curb was a bad volunteer and worker. A lot of valuable people went down because of Amalia., and no, they weren't board members. It was sad to say the least. Most will never be back . Lots of good, hard working people were lost.

Yea, but that's also the price of hanging around and turning a blind eye when you know there's a bad leader at the helm. So while many good people may have been kicked to the curb, it's also their own fault for thinking they were hanging around for "the good of the girls". (NT)No name15:58:36 02/08/16 Mon

Agree completely. However, that would include EVERYONE in the organization other than the people who were instrumental in getting Amalia out! Matter of fact, that might include a lot of people who are running things now. So, virtually EVERYBODY turned a blind eye. The fault lies on the shoulders of the specific people who did the wrong things. (NT)No name18:43:09 02/08/16 Mon

If your point is that the quality has gone down as the result of the exclusion of some volunteers, then my question for you is this: who is to blame for the quality of this pageant when they were still involved? This pageant has been going downhill for years. That said, the attendance can easily be explained by the unfortunate scheduling. But ultimately, two titles were awarded on Sunday, so let's stop grasping for opportunities to expel our sour grapes. (NT)No name14:32:38 02/09/16 Tue

Some volunteers were removed because of rules MAO has in place-rules that are being heeded by the new team. You can either have a group that follows the rules or one that does not...and I think we all know how that turns out. (NT)No name15:01:28 02/09/16 Tue
