Has nothing to do with not wanting the title bad enough. Has to do with having the pageant where it is most convenient for the majority of the contestants NOT the director. Every major pageant in Illinois is hosted in Chicago or the suburbs. Sounds like a director that had never directed before and it will be another horrible year for Illinois miss United States. Not surprised after the cheating by the old national director and the state director stealing money. Probably better to stay clear of this one. -- ILLINOIS Pageants Board
