I am the new director of the Miss Illinois United States Pageant and yes we are moving the pageant to Springfield for the time being. I am not affiliated with anyone from the previous directorship nor the previous sponsor in question. My team and I are working hard to rebuild the Miss Illinois United States brand and make it the great pageant that it should be. We are appointing title holders for this year and we hope that we can get some support from the Illinois pageant community to help us give our pageant girls another great system to work with.
