In reply to: 's message, "Please write a letter to Jan, letting her know your feedback, marking it personal and confidential. Please private message her on her personal Facebook account to let her know you have a concern about service, and that you are sending a letter to her. Please be as specific and factual as possible. I suggest waiting two weeks, as she has been taking care of her mother, who just died of cancer. That may be why you could not reach her directly. I am not making excuses if you were not treated correctly. She cares deeply about her business, and will appreciate constructive feedback." on 01:57:21 07/15/16 Fri

I am now embarassed I posted this as I knew her mother was ill but had no idea she was unavailable because of personal reasons. The manager made it sound like Jan had left the business to this woman and was only there if needed.
I will wait and send a letter being as specific as possible because Jan needs to know however this is not even close to as important as ones mother. It will wait.
I am deeply sorry I posted this because if someone would have said polietly, she is unavaible for personal resons, this would have prevented this. I am definitely not this petty. I stand behind what I posted as that is true however, I would never do this knowing Jan's mother was sick.
