I know for a fact that Jane Ann got along with Marisa. They are still in contact with each other, and Jane Ann hosted Marisa in her home several times when Marisa had appearances in southern Illinois. Jane Ann went to Marisa's send off party and wardrobe selection, which involved a 300 mile trip one way. Jane Ann has a framed picture of Marisa that she had signed thanking Jane Ann for everything she had done for her. They affectionately called each other "Country Mouse" and "City Mouse".
