In point of fact, I was just viewing the Kino release of Buster Keaton's two films "Go West" and "Battling Butler" and the Dippy Do Dads film is included as an extra. It's hard to imagine why, beyond the fact that they have the same title they have little in common. I'm sure there was no thought of including the Marx Brothers films with the same title.
