Other Roach miscreants include Hal, Jr. who was indicted in 1959 for failing to reveal he was a foreign agent of the Dominican Republic. From Kliph Nesteroff's blog:

Hal Roach Jr. worked as a foreign agent on behalf of the dictatorship of Rafael Trujillo in the Dominican Republic, widely considered the “bloodiest eras ever in the Americas.” Hal Roach Jr. prepared far-right propaganda films for the dictatorship and secured the uses of the Mutual Broadcasting System to spread pro-dictatorship news items throughout the United States.
“International intrigue involving Dominican playboy-diplomat Porfirio Rubirosa and three former officers of the Mutual Broadcasting System has been woven into the already tangled affairs of the radio network,” reported a wire story.
Roach Jr. along with Alexander L. Guterma, the former president of the Mutual Broadcasting System, and Garland L. Culpepper Jr., the radio network’s former director, were arrested when their clandestine $750,000 deal with the dictatorship was discovered. They were charged under the Foreign Agents Registration Act with “conspiracy to violate the law.”
Dictator Trujillo had just finalized the deal to “use Mutual facilities to spread ‘political propaganda’ in the guise of bona fide, genuine news items.”

I don't know if Hal Jr was convicted or did prison time. Hal Jr dropped dead ten years later.
Also Bert Roach was arrested for pimping underage girls.
