Okay so now I have taken a good look at this, and here is what I think and what I have done:

I agree that Hayes is the chauffeur in Boys Will Be Joys and have updated the page and removed his screenshot from the unidentified montage accordingly.

With Wild Babies I can see both of your suggestions but not with 100% confidence, so I have marked the unidentified montage accordingly with your thoughts. I have also corrected the spelling of "seized" in the text.

As you are not seemingly confident with The Tabasco Kid ID I have left that as it is. That said, again I can see where you would think that could be him. I'm just not sure.
