"Kalya! Hi there." Trailing behind her is Shrineth, walking with all the sinuous grace befitting for a hatchling. Setting down the egg her brother had given he, she piles sand onto it hastily. Shrineth bumps her elbow and looks pointedly at Kalya. "Where are my manners? Kalya, this is Shrineth." The dragon bows gracefully, both to the other girl and her sister queen.

You didn't change. She whispers to Wessae, eyes washing a lovingly amused sky blue. The girl shakes her head dismissively, brushing the soiled and bedraggled clothing wih hesitation.

"I'll change after the hatching is over, Shrineth. And I'll have to find someone who can braid." She murmurs, trailing a hand through her crown of messy curls. "I see you got an egg too. Shrineth was jealous of this one at first, but I reminded her that it's a flit and she's well...a dragon." The golden huffs indignantly, rolling her expressive eyes and watching the egg for lack of anything else.A dreamy expression crosses her rider's face as it always does and Wessae grins subconciously. Watching the flit egg, her voice becomes a bit pensive. "I don't know what color it will be, though." The egg gives mute little twitches, but does not rock in earnest yet.
