This is soooooooo sad in this age of modern medicine. There are so many volunteer groups around the world who would work in PNG to help change this if only the damn government leaders would recongize this problem and concentrate on doing the things needed to improving the lives of the citizens of PNG instead just worrying about their won welfare.

On this one issue alone some of them should be executed.
