1. All individual. His isn't fancy and it gets beaten up.
2. Maybe he does some places? Maybe he doesn't like to sing it?
3. As other said, Blue Ridge Falls. I've seen it. Like most of it, but then it seemed like writer or director started shooting a different movie. Worth it to find.https://smile.amazon.com/Blue-Ridge-Fall-Tom-Arnold/dp/B00092ZLL2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1471542607&sr=8-1&keywords=blue+ridge+fall
4. The venue is paying them to?
5. No idea. Agree, thumbs up to Instagram posts.
6. Yes, that's the story the Counting Crows told him.
7. I wouldn't say that, but she is an individual & does what she wants. She is sassy & Italian!
8. Not going to answer that one.
9. Perhaps they didn't ask him or if they did, it didn't work with his schedule? Making music is always priority.
10. No really good answer for that. He likes people to be themselves. You may notice he is very nice to people who might not fit the stereotypical, society version of pretty or whatever they want to call it. It sounds like the person you mentioned was genuinely having fun and being herself. He would encourage that. He sees a lot of audiences and it's nice to see someone genuinely having fun. Not drunk. Not grabbing him. Just enjoying the music and the show.
11. Yes, but everyone has their good and bad days. He's human.
