Subject: Just for the heck of it questions that aren't about who he's 'doing'.

1.) What kind of luggage do CI and S use? This is a very smart question. Much more practical than who CI is sleeping with. People who travel as much as they do probably have an inside track on the good stuff.

2.) Why doesn't he ever sing Solitary Man in concert? Such a pretty song and in the 15 or so years I've been a fan I've never heard them do it. It's on a cd and he made a video. He's done other covers. Why not play it live, I want to know.

3.) What ever happened to the movie called Something or other Falls? If you look on IMDB it lists all CI's movies, but I've never seen or heard of that one.

4.) Why oh why are they doing 2 nights in Regina? Of all the places they could do 2 nights they choose there? I'm Canadian and I can tell you, it's the arm pit of Canada.

5.) Did KDJ's wife used to be a lot heavier? This question is apropos of absolutely nothing but I seem to remember someone pointing her out years ago and I thought she was much bigger. Either way, she looks like a lovely woman. And his dog is adorable. Big thumbs up to his instagram page.

6.) Speaking of Kenney, is it true that his coolness was part inspiration for the song Mr Jones by The Counting Crows?

7.) And speaking of cool, is Chris Isaak's mother a fashionista? The only reason I ask is I was watching that interview a few months back on Sunday Morning. At first I thought she looked like she was in mourning, dressed all in black, with a cross. Then later I saw a wider shot where she was wearing the funkiest pants. I think I'd like her. I definitely like her style.

8.) And no one is going to be able to answer this because you'd have to have been in his house to know, but on the subject of funky, in that same Sunday Morning story when he was being interviewed alone, the background during his interview was blurred behind him. It looked like he had tons of shelves with some really cool stuff on them. I think I saw a star fish? It's a totally unimportant question but it piqued my curiosity back then.

9.) How come CI never did a guest spot on the show Nashville? Seems like it would have been a perfect fit.

10.)Another one no one will ever be able to definitively answer because like all of us, he's different at different times. But seriously, is CI actually a little weirder than the average human? I remember being at a concert once and there was a really peculiar woman bopping around. Weaving and approaching the stage, dressed strangely. But instead of avoiding her he seemed to encourage it all. (Pity the poor tour manager who has to keep him safe). He even had her come up on the stage. I get the impression he likes strange people and strange things? Is he strange?

11.) More importantly, is he kind? You read all the hype and it seems like he is, but you never know. I remember going to a celebrity party once years ago (Lee Majors was crying in the kitchen about Farrah Fawcett leaving him, that's how long ago it was). Gordon Lightfoot was there (Canadian singer) and I was chatting with his wife or girlfriend (we were pretty much the only people there who weren't famous).

It's such a romantic song. But then later that night we ended up in the parking lot at the same time and he was swearing at her and pushing her into their car. Ever since, when I hear someone sing something from the heart I wonder if it really is.

OK, that's the end of my questions.
