Subject: We're in agreement. Steven doesn't want attention/ scrutiny on Ohio and Betta has the talent and story to bring it, so no way was she his choice. I believe the plan was for Vicky Maple to get her Miss Ohio but they couldn't pull it off because of last year. He could have played the "we're giving her a year bc she's so young" game if he hadn't blown his cover last year.
