One judge alone doesn’t decide the outcome—it’s a collective decision based on scoring across all areas of competition. Also, having mutual connections—like having played on the same football team years ago—isn’t the same as having a close personal relationship that would create bias. The third runner-up earned her placement through her hard work, poise, and performance just like everyone else.
