Full H&M, an outfit that makes you look like a winner, and conduct yourself as a leader/ the one to watch off stage as well as on. Olivia is expected to show up early & be looking fabulous to appearances, so if a potential contestant can't be bothered to do that at a local, she's showing she's not ready or willing to put in the effort as Miss Ohio.
