Has the logo/insignia intrigue been solved? In an earlier post I mentioned that Frank Mc, via email, assured me that the field would contain University/team logos. '92 stated that his contacts (lead architect/Proj Mgr) indicated otherwise. Do we know what's going on?

Jimbo.. FU assigned employee Joe Scaltro as project manager for Field Turf .... Joe has said no logo's. no insignia ,no print anywhere... The lead architect is a Manhattan firm.. spoke to them as well.. said no logo .print .. etc... Scaltro's # is 718 817 4807... He is nice but if you press him.. he will admit the field is going to be plain... Why must FU's Football field look bland and like a HS... it wouldnt be the 1st time F Mcl will tell you want you want to here.. and then do nothing.. Call Frank and put on the spot.. Period.. Since they read this card, perhaps someone from Alumni/Development office can give us a straight answer. Brian Byrne andJeff Gray, the unpleasant fellows they are, think irritating alumni is fun. After all, alumni are only grown up students, who know nothing about a University. Poor Frank is powerless . Don't bame him. (NT)we are saps16:52:25 01/27/05 Thu

Perhaps logos and insignia will be chalked in on game days. Anyone know how it's done at Giants Stadium where both pro footbal and soccer (Metro Stars) are played? (NT)ramMan13:25:36 01/28/05 Fri
