So your saying that the NCAA didn't mandate this? Wow. I guess I was at a different NCAA convention. I never said the visiting committee didn't supported. I am saying they didn't drive it and if there had been the kind of support other schools get, it wouldn't have taken over ten years and 4 coaches before we reached respectibility. You made two contradicting statements. One was that two people were responsible for our move up, and the other was that the move was mandated. We could have stayed in Div. 3, but the Visiting Committee made it possible to move to 1-AA. Not two people. What's important now is that we're in the wrong conference. Fordham needs full scholarships at the 1-AA level to be consistently successful. The future will be very interesting. Stay tuned when new athletic management takes over.
