Based on my observations since arrival, I think she is solidly poised to occupy the top 5 and this sentiment seems to be echoed by many pageant fans on the different boards. Again, they recognize her well roundedness. In my opinion, she is our strongest delegate since Wendy.

In addition to LaToya, I think some of the other Caribbean delegates could do well. LaToya is ahead of them by a mile but they are still worthy of being called to the semifinals.

Ranking them:
1. T&T
2. Jamaica
3. Puerto Rico
4. Bahamas

5. Haiti
6. Curacao
7. BVI
8. USVI
9. Dominican Republic

To be honest, my heart hasn't warmed to Puerto Rico but I have an uncanny feeling she will be a semifinalist. Jamaica is a strong contender, I have her on my list. Bahamas could do well but another hit or miss. While I don't think Puerto Rico is ever considered Caribbean, rather Latina, I don't reckon we will see more than 3 Caribbean (black that is) delegates in the semifinalists. The other black delegates that I think could make it are Norway, Honduras and Ecuador and even with them, it's not convincing. Africa hasn't produced any black stunners this year...with a push I'd consider Ghana and grasping at straws Tanzania.
