Lovely Bunch of Girls

From what I see so far I vote for Vaneeta, then Cherisa, then Lee Ann

But I am disappointed with the photographer- To date we have not seen close up of the girls. Hair always on their face. Funeral outfits. Come on - this is a beauty show not a funeral.

...Only Vaneeta comes close. These are the only 2 world class competitors that I see. In the last photoshoot however Nariba does an about turn. For me this will be the top 3 at the competition. If Mr. Ragunanan is serious about making top 3 at MW this year then they need to choose LeeAnn Forbes.

Nariba needs to come back in a couple of years as she looks 100% model and 0% beauty queen. She needs to do a Kenisha Thom and come back in 2013. Kenisha (who for me is the best example of what a T&T beauty qeen should be) had a very austere face when she first came to the pageant scene at the age of 18 yrs, but by age 20 her facial features had softened greatly. Nariba has a very slammin' physique but she looks way too scrawny. I do believe, Nariba is the right weight for her age, but I am pretty sure that in the next 18-24 months she is going to gain about 5-6 pounds of superficial fat that will soften out her look a bit in terms of physique and facial features.[P.S. The superficial fat I am talking about is the same thin layer of fat that women have that gives them the sexy physique we all love-I just don't recall the correct name for it.] In about the next couple of years I still expect Nariba to be high-fashion but she will then be closer to the optimum look she would want to achieve for a beauty queen. I don't see the sense in sending her to MW to essentially clap for the finals when in 2 years, with softer features she could be a real contender for a top 10 or even top 5 spot.

On an aside, can anyone tell me the heights of the delegates?

Lee Ann in my opinion could realistically win Miss World 2011 if she is prepped well. She is my pic for Miss World TT 2011.

As for MUTT2011, Gabby is the frontrunner. I saw a very brief clip of the POS screening on TV6 and even though I did not get a very good look at the ladies one indian lady did stand out in a very big way-if she is a finalist she could give Gabby a run for her money.
