Can I point out one thing? IF Fieger had won, and IF Ralf was found not guilty.... there would not be one moment, not one mention, of the judge being biased TOWARD Fieger. The majority of the comments on this site would be about how great of an attorney he is--not how the judge's favoritism toward him helped him win the case. Yet, if you honestly believe that the judge was biased against him from the start, which goes against every bit of education, experience and ethical training that judges AND attorneys are supposed to obtain, then you MUST agree that a judge could be biased toward a defense attorney. Unless, of course, you're naive enough to believe that judges automatically side with the prosecution, regardless of any evidence at all. Heck, if that's the case, it's a miracle that anyone is ever found not guilty!
