Here in Chicago a judge was biased against the prosecution, believe it or not. The same thing happened, denial and refusal to recuse. They were stuck with him and he helped the defense big time. And remember the judge down in Texas who said that a homosexual man deserved to be murdered and let his murderer off the hook(this was a while ago, though). As for Fieger, the judge down there allowed the prosecutioon to constantly interrupt him and was just hostile in manner towards him at all times, even when the trial wasn't in progress. Remember, judges are human, and sometimes they do let personal feelings ruin their impartiality.
