Subject: Young was really coming on at the end of last year, and if that continues he will be a huge asset to the team. He is the type of player that coaches like. He does a little bit of everything. With all the attention that the other kids draw, I see Jackson and Young doing very well with their opportunities. And I think you need to switch the "FREE THROWS" from Chalmers to Sato.

[> I have been most concerned about Chalmers pretty much all summer. With J. Williams's departure, he becomes even more critical. If Chalmers can reduce his turnovers by just one a game, and up his assists by just one a game, he begins to look like one of the top points in the country. If he can do that, and continue to act a a scoring threat, this team will be lethal. -- Homeskillet, 10:47:08 10/21/02 Mon

[> [> I agree with you. Chalmers is an ace in the whole. Everybody concentrates on West and Young, but Chalmers quarterbacked this team to an outstanding record. He also likes the ball in pressure situations, much like Lenny Brown used to. If we rage through the non conference, people will start talking about the L-Train. -- The Devine Humbodt, 10:59:08 10/21/02 Mon
