She nods, excitedly, "Definitely!" she shuts down her bike, and glances out over a deep canyon, smiling, watching the setting sun's rays turn the azure sky into streaks of gold, purple, and burgundy, and stars begin to appear on the east horizon. "It's beautiful..." she whispers. Suddenly, she pales, and begins to tremble, slightly. She reaches over, and grasps Adam's hand, staring unfocusedly at the horizon. Her long, slender fingers tighten painfully around his wrist. She presses her other hand against the side of her face, grimacing as if against some physical pain.
