Mulder still *DOES* have the alien DNA in his genetic makeup. I think that CSM took enough of Mulder's alien DNA to make him part alien as well, but since CSM is so old, and smokes too much, his body rejected it and that's why he's dying now (I don't think he's dead by the way, Krycek should've shot him, but that would've been too easy.)

I think that *BECAUSE* the experiments performed on Scully made her barren of all her ova, that *SOMEHOW* Mulder's alien DNA/Sperm was able to mutate in Scully's womb to create an alien-human hybrid fetus, like Cassandra Spender but without all the tests. Like Theresa Nemens' baby, who I have now deemed "super baby" because she was immune to the green alien vapor that blinded her mother. Since "super baby" was the product of two abductees, Theresa and the father who had all these "strange tests" done to him, I believe that Mulder & Scully's baby (I can't believe I just wrote that) will have the same alien-human hybrid genetic makeup, but still look completely human, like the adorable "super baby," the misplaced Gibson Praise, and our adorable Mulder.
