I agree with you, Kathy. Mulder was worried about Scully the same way she has worried about him. And he has all the more reason to be mad at Scully- she knows what it's like to see her partner get sucked into a huge lie and risk his life unnecessarily. She's the one that's told him that CSM can't be trusted. She KNOWS better. But when on the receiving end of that smokey charm, nobody is safe. I don't think Mulder was being judgemental at all. She's seen him fall so many times and knows how painful it is. He wasn't concrened with his being ditched at all, he was only concerned about her.
