Kande bawls furiously.

"You are home, doofus," KS reminds her. Snot running down her face, Kande makes a mad dash for the back staircase. CW runs after her with a tissue.

The point of a switchblade is suddenly seen poking from the hand part of KS's sweater. Ever the prepared assassin, she quickly cuts the yarn away from her body. She casually strolls over to KM who is also knitting.

"What are YOU making?" KS asks, eyeing the yarn to make sure it's not the same as what CW had.

"Kande is paying me to make little hats with pom-poms for the cysts," KM replies. "She says their little faces get cold."

"Well, maybe if she would wear something other than bike shorts all the time!" KS snorts. "Wait a minute -- did you say she is PAYING you?"

"Why yes. She said something about having to divert the money from her Xmas account so that someone may get the -- let's see, what did she call that? Oh yes, -- "the gift of giving to others" gift."

"She's diverting the money she would have spent on my gift so that she can put hats on all her cysts?!" KS yells, fists balled and face turning red.

"They did look kinda cold," Rabid comes over and informs KS. "She put one of the hats on the Bob-cyst, I think he looked appreciative."

"Yes, I think so too," KM nods at Rabid. "The blue in his hat brought out the color of his eyes."

"They are CYSTS!" KS screams in frustration. "If they have eyes, it's because Kande drew them!"

"Really, what do you think she has against cysts?" KM whispers to Rabid.
