Love the name you gave him: HSM
I also like: Krycek and ABH's love child (he looks so much like them both, it's scary!)

The guy's been on before, he was the guy in Per Manum, Doggett's friend Knowle Rohrer played by Adam Baldwin. They seem to have known each other a while, as JD said in TW. I wonder if they've had more of a working/partner relationship or if it's been more of an informant type deal.

This is what the OS's summary of Per Manum says of Knowle:
"He assumes that Haskell is really working for an underground conspiracy and he approaches an old friend, Knowle Rohrer, about Haskell's identity. Although Rohrer's job is not apparent, he assures Doggett that there is no conspiracy at work and he will look further into Haskell's files."
Sooooo, his "job is not apparent." I have no clue, maybe he always has been JD's informant?
