Mick has always at least publicly stated the Brian's death was a drowning.

I don't think that fact was ever in dispute. What IS in dispute is whether or not Brian had "help" that night. I am one of those who think we will never know for sure what happened to Brian that night and who did what. Too much time has passed for a "real" investigation.

I have "Crossfire Hurricane" but haven't yet gotten around to watching it. It's one of many things on my "to do" list for when the weather turns cold.
