I'm assuming you're replying to Bernie, but I never noticed any schizophrenia diagnoses for Brian either. However, my knowledge on Brian's medical problems is limited.

I think the disease renders people unable to function in the world, but just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean you have an illness. In my opinion, Brian had every RIGHT to be paranoid!! He was certainly swimming around a pool full of human sharks! Just saying.
