Happy belated New Years... hope everyone had a nice start to 2014. It's snowing here where I live and I was thinking about you all so I wanted to say hi. Sorry I havent posted in a while. I try and read what's going on from time to time but it does seem rather quiet these days.

I have been reading about Paul McCartney lately and since the Beatles are my favorite group of all time (I still love Brian and the Stones too but the Beatles were my first group) and he's still around performing (as great as ever too!!) I thought I'd do some catching up. In one of his stories he mentions running into Keith after his recent divorce (Paul's). Anyway, Keith lives on some Island on the beach etc... bet it's nice too!! Paul and Keith played catchup after all of these years and it sounds like they became very close friends which in my point of view is great to hear. I believe Keith mentions this story as well in his book, "Life", which I never bought.

As you all know, I have never had too many nice things to say about Keith. I still think he back stabbed Brian and destroyed their friendship for Anita (which I believe led to Brian's downhill slide). How Keith never has anything nice to say about Brian even to this day etc... but apparently the man has a heart after all. Keith helped out Paul quite a bit during that time period... which is great because Paul (apparently Paul looked Keith up) didn't have Linda around, nor John or George... so kudos to Keith.

I still will never forgive Keith and Mick when it comes to Brian, though. Mick sounds as if he has come around a bit and at least says SOME nice things about Brian, wishes he had done more for Brian. Keith? Not so much. Which is really sad.

I know this story doesn't really match well with the Tag line here regarding Frank's daughter etc... but I wish all of you the best. Make 2014 a great year!! Let's hope Brian get's his just due (justice) once and for all. I promise not to be such a stranger!!
