Delilah:

Hmmm. I know you want me to be updated, and I WILL eventually go that way, but right now I need the money for other things, and since I'm retired now, I don't have to worry about commercial operations sending me files I can't open.

I have the 600 pound gorillas of the software world in Adobe Photoshop and Quark Express. They're a major expense, and hate it when people buy just one copy and toss it on other computers...thus the heavy copywrite exclusions. I think it will be okay to have another computer as a "replacement", just as long as I don't try to run them both at the same time...which isn't something that will ever happen these days.

I'm sorry I scared you, but I'll be okay...after all, it's just a machine, and I have all my files backed up on flash drives. I know people who still have Windows 2000, so I don't think XP is as old as all that. Microsoft is just trying to keep making money, like auto makers always putting out new models and stopping the production of parts for cars over a certain age.

As for Keith...yup...he's up around the bend, alright. I'm shocked he's still with us. Everyone keeps telling Steven Tyler they can't believe he's still alive, but he's come back a lot stronger than Keith, and even cleaned up his act. Perhaps it's because he didn't spend as much time messing himself up, and is still young enough to become the cool guy he is today. He's actually handsomer now than he used to be, but we can't say the same for Mr. Richards. He still looks like a train ran over his face. Just saying.
