I dont know if he had one of his attacks that night. It would have been hard to tell anyway unless you had seen one, since all it looked like was he would topple over and appear to be asleep. In a pool, alone, who would know? If he was murdered in the pool there would be bruising evidence that would show up hours, even days later. A couple of thugs, or even one, holding him underwater, would not know how to prevent bruising. If it was horseplay, bruising would have been evident. Its not as easy as you would think to kill someone without evidence. Brian was alone at the pool longer than the testimony suggested. Its obvious those at the house were panicked and in such circumstances, its no wonder their stories dont match. And I dont know what was reported in good old hysteria loving America. I was still in England, and in England it was speculated he had an asthma attack.
What I do know is that Brian had many health issues, residual drug problems, and was an alcoholic. Put all that together with a pool and the fact he was stubborn, and its no wonder. But it was no murder.
