I worked with a lady once who told me a story about her Scottish sister in law who came the states to visit a few times.
Sister in law dabbled on one occasion with a glass or two of wine one evening after dinner while visiting my friend and her family. The wine was too much for her as she rarely drank.
My friend told me that that evening sister in law, after the drink, went into a slight agitated state and started acting strangely....high pitched screams, shaking..another scream, slight crying and was ...well, my friend thought maybe it was really a panic attack due to some intoxication. It was quite strange, she said, tho. Never seen anything like it.
Next day sis in law stated she'd had a seizure night before.
The glass of wine...or glass in a half...was too much.
But sister in law called it a seizure.
