Hi Old Spice:

I always enjoy reading your post's and being a good friend of Brian's... I can truly understand why you would like to keep certain things private. I just have a few questions. What about the theory's regarding Brian having a party the night of his death? You have mentioned before that you were supposed to be there as well. Also, the theory that Brian was not killed in his pool but in a mud puddle (George Harrison's song Mock Jagger writes about in his post)?? Perhaps Brian was thrown into the pool after the fact?

Can you explain the bondfire (Brian's backyard no less) after Brian died? What happened to Brian's paperwork, possessions, instruments, furniture, clothes, valuables? Why would the police not secure the property (properly) afterwords? What happened to all the people supposedly involved that night? Why all of the contradictions (official police statements from witnesses)? Why would so many people keep silent for over 30-40 years regarding that night? Why do the Stones, to this day, treat Brian with such little respect (not including Bill)? Why is the mentoning of Brian's name "taboo" in the Stones circle today? I could go on and on... my point is even though you knew Brian very well...great friends etc... you really don't know what happened that night. Like the rest of us we all have our own theory's. You have to admit after Brian's passing A LOT of strange things happened (too many to count and I DO mean my pun when it comes to $$$$!!!).

Perhaps these questions (unanswered) and others, is why I have a hard time believing Brian simply "feel asleep" in his pool. Still, having known Brian as well as you did, I respect your privacy/thoughts/belief's etc... in the end it's all very sad. I just hold out hope that someday they will re-open the investigation. Brian deserves that much.
