Yes, I am aware of the situation in the UK. Even more so when I go in and out of Heathrow.

A law in the US called the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act" which specifies mandatory Healthcare in the US has people scrambling. US emigration to the UK for exploitation of services was not on either governments radar in the past but now it is with retroactive review.
