This is the first I've heard of him having kidney problems, but his autopsy revealed a fatty liver twice the size of normal and a heart that weighed 400 grams...normal for a man his size would be no more than 300 grams. It also had thin flabby sides, "Due to drug and alcohol abuse", according to the medical examiner.

Brian's constitution was indeed a lot more fragile than the average 27 year old if he's suffered that much damage so early. He must have felt weird inside all the time.
