I agree with you that it looks photoshopped, but those kids I really believe to be his cousins. The blond boy is a dead ringer for Louise's sister (if those ladies are indeed her sisters and I can't believe they aren't due to the dead ringerish appearance to Louise!). Just take a look at the photo WOW posted of the funeral. We can also see where Brian got the baggy eyes; Granny Jones!

I would think, if it were photoshopped, someone would know where to find the original photo they used (of Brian).

The sleeves on his jacket look funky, as if he were smooshed between two people and they did a cut out job. However, my mind is open. It very well could be a real photo.
