No disrespect to you either, dear, and I'm sorry you felt I was coming "out of left field", but not being a "reader", you don't know what I found out, and I don't expect you to ever bother with it. PLEASE, dont bother with it! Peace to you! He was your personal friend, you lucky kid, and he showed you a side to him he didn't show to the people who wrote most of the books and articles about him. I'm accustomed to not being believed either, so I can identify with you on that.

I AM a music person, so I'm sad you can't help us in that department...he was the first rock star I ever saw in the flesh, and colored my perseption forever of what a rock star should be.

I hope our different points of view come back together in the near future, and we can be friends forever. As I said before, I adore Brian, and never intended to disparage him at all...far from it! You see him from his very best side, but you also presented a deeply dark side of him with other women, and Anita especially. None of us are perfect, and I hope you stay here on the LARS board like I did, even though I started out on the wrong foot with WOW!

I love you for loving Brian so much, please be here to always present that special kind and compasionate side of him. No matter how he left this world, what matters is that he was here...with us all...in our youth and will be waiting for us when we pass through.

Oh! I looked up that "Gloria" author, and even asked some people about her book. It's fiction...period...it even has a disclaimer, but I agree those reviews were NASTY!!
