I will look it up...thanks! Wow.....this really corroborates a story in one of the books---was it Suki who told it? Can't remember....anyway, she said Brian was on a balcony and had the same seizure-type incident that you experienced, O.S. In fact, she said this happened quite a bit. And it seemed to last for hours---sometimes the entire night. She would just get him to bed and he would wake up and be fine.

I once read about a condition called "dysphoric mania". I posted about it here, on this board, when I first joined. I just thought it was interesting that some of the symptoms of this offshoot of bi-polar disorder seemed to fit Brian to a "t". Not only the paranoia, tendency to addiction, and mood swings, but even the fact that he loved to dress up in lavish clothes! Now, he may not have had this condition at all, but the symptoms, coupled with some of what we've heard connected with Brian, are very, very similar.

Thanks for telling us this, O.S. :) You are really able to confirm so many things that we've read and heard, not knowing if they were true or not. This is just really wonderful---hearing about Brian in such an intimate friendship way. :)
