The Gloria Shepherd book got a scathing critique in Aftermath. So I don't see how Trevor would have backed that book.
As for making money through the fan club site. There are only 30 members or less. This was written in July of 2010. I can't see where Trevor is making that much money. I guess you can see that I'm one of his friends. He's been nothing but totally honest with me. I feel bad that the fan club is referred to as a cult. That's a nasty name for it. If it were a cult, I'd be the first one to bail out of it.
