I know that i'm the one who is sometimes a little too optimistic but we really should have done better. The thing that bothers me most is that we have worked so hard for the past several weeks and to throw it all away is a crime. I really was starting to believe that we, as a team, we beginning to get somewhere, but after sundays poor display, i'm left unsure.

Our strongest attribute was our ability to work AS A TEAM, and to help each other but there wasn't even a glipse of that on sunday.

We must ALL learn that as individuals we cannot win anything, its not a game of tennis singles but a 22 man fight with a size 5 thrown in for good measure. We must get back to supporting each other, watching each others backs!

The link up play that we've been observing in previous games was absent on sunday, we were resorting back to long ball tactics, and if we only take one thing from last season it must be that the long ball does not suit us and allow to get the best out of our team.

I know it sounds like i'm having a go, but i'm not, honestly! It's just that it hurts because i know that WE CAN BE FAR BETTER! macca had it right at half time "work hard for 90 minutes - feel great all week, do fuck all or half hearted for 90 minutes - feel shit all week"

It's as easy as that. WE ARE BETTER, I KNOW IT - YOU KNOW IT. This is usually the point where managers might say "forget it - its gone" but fuck that i say "remember it! remember how shit it feels, when you get home in a bad mood thinking about what could have been, remember the oppositions faces - smiling at their easy 3 points" Its not about winning its about playing well, look at the social last week, we lost but we left with our heads held high and feeling good.

This is not just 'the dream' ITS OUR FUCKING DREAM, all of ours all 15 of us, so everyone have a good think between now and sunday and get there in the frame of mind to DO OUR FUCKING BEST NOMATTER WHAT, NOT JUST FOR YOUSELVES BUT FOR EVERY FUCKER ON THE PITCH!

Last week we all gave 50%, so by my calculations we all owe the team a 150% effort this week.

At the end of the day 'I know it - you know it - so let's get together and fucking do it!'

Big up Sunday

Oochie

P.S. If anyone finds offence, i'm sorry, but it had to be said. Thanks.
